18th June 2016

We are delighted to announce that Rosie has given birth to 7 healthy puppies today, she has 5 boys and 2 girls. Mum and puppies are doing well and are now all having a well deserved rest.

The gang are definitely getting bigger and their fur is getting longer. Ren is just starting to open his eyes and all the rest should be doing the same over the next few days or so, then the fun starts once they can see and hear us!

A very relaxed bunch

Puppies @ 18 days old

The gang are doing very well, all putting on lots of weight and they can now hears us and all their eyes are almost fully opened. Now when we talk to them they respond with lots of wagging tails, which is so cute to see. They are also trying to interact with each other as well, still lots of wobbly walking but definitely getting steadier. They have also had their first lot of worming, they weren't impressed with it, lots of spitting it out and head shaking going on!

What a cheeky face if I've ever seen one!

Puppies @ 3 weeks old

So the gang had a very busy day yesterday, firstly we extended their play area, we had several attempts at escaping from the whelping box, so it definately was time. They also had their first go at lapping up some milk and they certainly got the hang of it straight away. Plus posing for their 3 week old individual pictures, as you can see from the pictures Clover just couldn't stay awake for his! So all that excitement and exploring made for some very tired puppies at the end of the day.

Exploring their new surroundings

16th July 2016

Puppies @ 4 weeks old

So the gang are now 4 weeks old and certainly a lot more active. They now almost all have their teeth through as well and they seem to enjoy testing them out on us! Their characters are really starting to come through, it's so lovely to watch them interact together.

Puppies @ 5 weeks old

The gang are now 5 weeks old, it's hard to believe already. During the week they have been allowed out into the living room for an explore and also had their first experience of outside in the garden, so lots of exciting things happening for them. I think the heat has been getting to them ( know how they feel! ) because usually we see them all piled on top of one another but this week they have tended to spread out to keep cool, we have a fan on in the living room to make sure they stay nice and cool.

Ren and his friend found it all very relaxing

As you can see Clover is a very chilled puppy

Clever puppies @ 5 weeks old

29th July 2016

We have a very active bunch now and very noisy, especially during meal times. They love being out in the living room, causing mayhem, it's a hard job for Rosie trying to keep them all in check, I think seven against one is slightly unfair, don't you think!

This is what we call a doodle sandwich

Manic playtime

7th August 2016

Puppies @ 7 weeks old

It's hard to believe that in one more week the gang will be ready to go to their new homes, we will certainly miss all the chaos, it's going to be very quite! They are absolutely in to everything, full of life, playtime amongst themselves can get very noisy, with lots of pulling of tails and ears. They will be going to the vets on Friday for their first injections and microchipping plus another round of worming, so a busy week ahead.

The joy of a sock!

11th August 2016

It's hard to believe that the gang are ready to go to their new homes on Saturday, sad time for us but very exciting for their new families. They have their first injections/worming and microchipping to get through tomorrow, so busy, busy. Although not everyone is going on Saturday, we will have Rowen for an extra week and Clover until the end of August and off course Daisy is staying with us. We have been trying our best to get them used to all the sounds and different experiences they will come across as they get bigger. So they have been used to the hoover/washing machine/drier and when they have been out in the conservatory they have heard the lawn mower and the pressure washer. Then we also have played thunder and fireworks sounds as well, as you can see from the video, they are pretty chilled!

Puppies favorite pastime

22nd August 2016

Puppies @ 9 weeks old

We have a pretty quite house now as most of the puppies have gone to their new homes, we just have Clover left ( as well as our Daisy off course ) Clover will be going to his new home on the 29th August. They are both being very good with their toilet training and are very good at night, very clever puppies.

They love their squeaky toys

The coolest spot in the house for these two!

28th August 2016

Puppies @ 10 weeks old

We will be very sorry to see Clover go to his new home on Monday when his owners come back from their holiday. He is such a lovely boy, we will certainly miss him. Both Daisy and Clover were so good when they went to the vets on Friday to get their second injection, not long now until they can explore the big, wide world. It has been very hot here the last few days and being the clever puppies they are, they certainly made sure they found the coolest spot in the house.

No use pretending to hide Daisy, you've been caught!

30th August 2016

This is what you find when you turn your back for two minutes

Well we now have a pretty quite house with just the girls and of course Daisy, who is being such a good girl. We wish all the puppies well and have been really pleased to hear how well they have settled into their new homes. We look forward to watching them grow and getting together for walks to see them all again real soon.

Our puppies are F5 multigenerational and have been born and will be raised in our living room and be well used to the everyday goings on of normal family life.

Both Rosie and the stud dog has had all their health tests carried out, hips/elbows scored and eyes tested.
